Good info thanks. With a 163 game season, I don't think I have ever watched a pre-season game. It is all I can do to be even a little interested until about June or July.

Just got off the phone with DirectTV tech support. They are now aware of the problem, and think they can resolve it fairly soon. Let's hope.

I'm in western Mass and have Comcast, with the package that includes SNY. I tuned in to watch the Geno show, and got a message, "This program is not available in your area but may be available in a league package. Call 1-800-COMCAST. Which I did. They didn't say anything about the Geno or pregame shows, but did say the game would only be on ESPN-3, which they no longer carry. They were wrong on all counts: the game was on SNY, probably because the Mets game, which I knew nothing about at the time, had finally ended. And they do carry Watch ESPN, which includes ESPN-3. The quality of the help these days.......
