In Storrs, we open vs Idaho. Vandy and St Joe's on the 8/9 line; Michigan st vs Marist (5/12); Maryland vs Quinnipiac (4/13)

In Newark Del.
Delaware/ WVU (6/11); North Carolina/Albay (3/14); Dayton/St Johns (7/10); Kentucky/Navy (2/15)

Interesting matches, some geography based, the EDD element, perhaps the Samarie element if we have a rematch w Kentucky.

Seems to me that's pretty fair. Would have preferred Tennessee as the 3 seed. The committee seems determined to prevent the teams from meeting as Tennessee won't make it out of the elite 8.

It does not seem possible for the overall Number 1 seed, Baylor, to have an easier path than the one just offered to UConn.

Maybe the NCAA wants UConn in the Final Four, or more precisely, UConn fans in New Orleans.

How is that?

Maryland is the only Sweet 16 opponent a 1 seed will face that spent the entire year in the top 10.

And Kentucky is very arguably the toughest 2 seed for us to deal with as they exert a tremendous amount of pressure on our guards, UConn's biggest weakness,
