Quite frankly, time will tell but Freshmen Bigs usually get pushed around or get in foul trouble .

I always get nervous when I see freshmen listed as key players.
Good thing not many are... but i remember a few years backs one PG took a whole load a frosh to a NC. Might not be him but Bazz is nearing him. Team chemistry is going to decide how far this team goes.

The one unknown is that this years team played without any pressure and with a chip on their shoulders. Next year will be the exact opposite. How will they react?

And- IF everyone stays healthy. We have a shot at a NC - why not? I think we deserve it. After all its been a few years since that last one- and we might as well kick this lame conference off with a bang.

Depends what they are needed to do. Uconn's frosh need to rebound, run and be aggressive. That's a lot better than needing a frosh to be a PG.

UConn is fortunate that the team's need isn't scoring or shooting. It's frontcourt improvement. Between Wolf, Facey, Brim ah, Daniels and Coffey there's enough considering what Napier, Boat right and Calhoun bring.

Wolf won't give you 10 and 8 over a season. Maybe against the cupcakes but not against legitimate Big East frontcourts. Facey and Daniels will decide how far we get.
Well it's a good thing we bolted the big east when we had the chance

Napier needs to come back in the best shape of his life, completely transform ala 2011 Walker. Injuries tend to happen because of overcompensation. Both our star guards need to look like they play two games in a row.

It was a late night last night. I still think Wolf will have trouble against most of the AAC. I hope he proves me wrong.

"TOO good"? While I like this team and think they'll be pretty good (with Bazz back) I'm guessing you are very young and haven't been watching UConn hoops for very long. During the 1990s and 2000s UConn probably had at least 10 teams better than this one. Only 4 of them got to the Final Four.

Freshman bigs can be unpredictable... don't give a duck, got a great feeling about Facey. Gut feeling. That's all. .
