I will say that after I made the same comment on Twitter, the UConn ticket office reached out to me immediately and offered to make it right.Received mine...but they looked like they had gone thru the ringer... Bent and broken..
The rep mentioned that the AD had requested that he call me. Was impressed with that and appreciated the contact..
