I just had the same issue. I called the ticket office and left a message to see if they will resend.

I think you only get a tracking code if your signed up for UPS Mychoice. That shows you all incoming packages

I never signed up for that, and I got an UPS tracking email. Mine should be here Wed. 8/16.

Maybe check your spam email folder
