Not to detract from the hi-brow humor taking place but to respond the OP, even without Miller, the BE still has the best coaches in college basketball.

This take may be a bit hot, but I've always thought Miller was one of the more overrated coaches in the ncaa. He's had some of the best recruiting classes over the years and didn't really translate that to much success. Didn't he have a great recruiting class and lose to a mid major in the NIT one year? I like the guy, but Xavier will be fine without him if this rumor is true.

What's stopping Dan Hurley from getting swiped to the P4? BE looks like a great place to get P4-level coaches for cheap

he isnt cheap. he signed a 6 year deal over the summer that pays him over 5 mill/year. he's the fifth highest paid college ball coach. also, ignore.

Miller will always be the coach (until he's not) that had all the talent in the world he wanted at AZ for 12 years and never reached a Final 4. People say he's a great coach but I see a whole lot of doing less with more. He's the king of under achieving.

Makes sense he probably won’t even have to move. More money same state just plug and play. Too bad as I think he is a very good coach. Just a step below Hurley, Smart and McDermott. But pretty close.

It's over 100 miles from Cincinnati to Columbus. That's like living in Hartford and coaching in Boston. Don't think Miller would do that commute.
