On a UConn Twitter space discussion just now, Shreyas quoted as "A KU assistant told me they believe it's UConn." Also that "KU is apparently out." He did go on to note that there's zero indications he knows of from Middleton's camp on anything.

Ohio State has been Slater’s prediction for months. His mentor is apparently a big fan. I think Scotty wanted Kansas if they wanted him.


There are too many variables in recruiting to say that one school should never beat out another for a recruit. The players themselves click with different people or have all kinds of different things they want or value. You can’t think like a fan.
