Geno will call off the dogs of course, probably more so with Hartford than with any other team they face. It will be interesting to see how much the team scores anyway, even if they spend almost the entire 2nd half working on half court sets.

Pretty interesting when IMHO scoring 96 points also includes calling off the dogs...
 
81-43 Should be lots of minutes for Chong, and Lawlor and Pulido will get a fair bit of time in the second half.

Last season we beat Hartford by a lot and I don't remember what the final was 90+ to 40+. I don't see how Geno can stop it. He will pull off the full court press and most likely go to zone and substitute early and clear the bench, but Hartford has a couple of injured players so I do think it will be close to what I predict. You saw what happened against Philly the other nite when Geno substituted early and cleared the bench early in the second half. This game counts its not like preseason and wont be close but no matter how hard he trys not to clobber opponets we still have to play the game even if we let the clock run down. I really don't see how Geno can be any softer on opponets. This is what I was talking about when I said scoring a lot of points. Againest teams like Philly who only lost to Seton Hall by 1 how much softer can UConn play without ruining their chemistry? They just cant go through the motions. They have to play hard. I think the 40+ pts against UConn is a lot. The 104 may be a little high but depending on the circumstances I think Im in the ball park. Last season 90+ this season we're better so 95+???? I don't know its still early in the season.
 
thanks for the (score) predictions, I put it up today because its a early game tomorrow and many may not have time to log in after today.

also gives you something to do while at work
 
Don't like to see Jen's team trounced, but it will be difficult to hold down the score.
