Ruta Lee's favorite team--72 My favorite team---85----

John Wayne, Jacky Robinson, Ward Bond---and the spirit of 100 Sports Stars and Holly wood stars will be with UCLA --all alum's.
Even Gibbs---NCIS---will be cheering them --from afar.

The UConn team bus takes a wrong turn and ends up in Seaside Park, encountering Bill Walton wandering around since the last GOTV, causing the team to miss the entire first half of play. Final score: UCLA 62-UConn 61.

The UCLA coach has taken up Geno's offer (3 times!) to watch UCONN practices. Game will be closer than many expect. My prediction is UCONN 76 - UCLA 63.

Wow, they must carry a grudge then. The 88 streak was surpassed in 2011. Six years ago this UCLA team's freshmen were in 7th grade, seniors in 10th!

Yes, but none of them were even born when UCLA set the record.

Realistically this season and during the NCAA's UConn has had trouble with quick shooting guards. What they haven't had an issue with are forwards and the ability for guards to penetrate and kick. Switching has created mismatches for the guards on the 2nd and 3rd level, but the kick or dish has been covered. Canada may have a good game, Corver perhaps not so much. UCLA's forwards are going to have a problem on both ends.
