You expect to see the big boys like UCONN, Texas, Michigan and such. It's great that some of the little guys like Cal Baptist, Duke, Howard, and High Point get a chance to get some shine as well.

How much of this doubling is a reflection of the concertation of economic power among the top DIV 1 schools? The Court settlement has provided a slug of new money to support Div 1 sports programs for some time to come.

My TV is all out of Raleigh-Durham. Three schools, 6 teams, out of the Triangle area... The good news... and the bad news... I'll never see and hear the end of it...

I claim that thanks should be given to Geno because he created the most powerful women's franchise since the sole franchise of Pat Summitt. Increased competition and has led most schools to upgrade their BB Curriculum and compete with Geno. I would say that Women's BB is on a par with the Men's in many instances.GO HUSKIES!!!!
