I was in the Miami Arena watching Donyell miss his free throws. Talk about agony especially when the Gator fans did their Gator chomp. Long drive home to CT thinking about what might have been.

Maybe. More probably fuel for some fans. I take the guy to be genuine. Pretty sure it would be seen that way by the team, if they even care at all. if the team makes the trip to Gainesville, it's not like they're going there to avenge this guy's errant tweet.

I called their ticket office and it sounds like they will allow 2,500 fans but he wasn’t sure yet how tix will be distributed

And certainly shouldn’t have. The game that kills Donyells history with many fans!

A national player of the year candidate who went 20 for friggin 20 from the line earlier in the year, and couldn't even hit 1 of 2 to push us to the regional final where we would have been favored. Donyell had an unbelievable season that year on both ends of the court, but there is no way that the loss to Florida doesn't effect the season.
