Kinda irrelevsnt. Depends almost entirely on the tamu game. Winner gets the 1 seed. That us why Dawn praised TN so much. Wants to stay on the 1 line
I agree with all of the above. Let the Gamecock fans worry about where their ranked. No dog in the hunt.
Who cares?
Dawn's a myth.
It'll all come out in the wash.
They get what they deserve.
The tournament will settle it.

Before we get to the NCAA selection show, Charlie will have 6 SEC schools in the top 16 seeds.ESPN bracketologist Charlie Creme said Thursday's loss likely would not affect South Carolina's position as a projected No. 1 seed in the NCAA tournament. But Creme said Tennessee's win likely elevates the Lady Vols a spot to a No. 3 seed, bumping fellow SEC team Georgia off that seed line.

Really looking forward to that game. Must watch.Kinda irrelevsnt. Depends almost entirely on the tamu game. Winner gets the 1 seed.
I posted on this yesterday, ESPN Charlie still thinks they should be a #1 seed. Beyond me why they have credibility. There could be a legitimate argument made that SC could drop 4 places to #6 having 3 losses now and behind L'vill..NC State..Standford..and A&M..anyone agree?
Let's see, they have wins over Ga, Kentucky, Ark, Gonzaga.I posted on this yesterday, ESPN Charlie still thinks they should be a #1 seed. Beyond me why they have credibility.
That's true, Arkansas has 7 losses, or is it 8 now?Anyone who ranks teams based on number of losses should not be in the ranking business.
They will be #3. If they do drop to a 2 seed, expect to see them in our bracket along with Baylor as the three seed. If Stanford wasn't an obvious choice for a 1 seed, our regional would have probably had the four best teams in the country in it.There could be a legitimate argument made that SC could drop 4 places to #6 having 3 losses now and behind L'vill..NC State..Standford..and A&M..anyone agree?
But are there 4 other teams that look more like a 1 seed?Wherever SC ends up this week, they certainly don’t look like a #1 seed right now. Opponents have been able to shut down the Gamecocks transition game and their half court offense has been anemic.
I don't know about four but Maryland looks like a number one seed. But are there 4 other teams that look more like a 1 seed?
Right now, imo, there are at least 7 teams that pass the eye test over SC: UConn, NC St, Louisville, Stanford, A&M, Stanford and MD.But are there 4 other teams that look more like a 1 seed?
Wow! Stanford must really impress you. You listed them twice.Right now, imo, there are at least 7 teams that pass the eye test over SC: UConn, NC St, Louisville, Stanford, A&M, Stanford and MD.

Wow, you're really impressed by Louisville's 0-1 record against the top 20.Right now, imo, there are at least 7 teams that pass the eye test over SC: UConn, NC St, Louisville, Stanford, A&M, Stanford and MD.
I’m just talking about looks here. But if we’re talking about resumes, then NC St, UConn, A&M, Stanford & UCLA all look as good as SC and they pass the eye test.Wow, you're really impressed by Louisville's 0-1 record against the top 20.
Actually, they look like the best team in the country right now, but listing them twice was just a senior moment.....🙃Wow! Stanford must really impress you. You listed them twice.![]()
Agreed. Your last sentence said it all. Rankings and seeds in the tournament mean nothing. What bracket you're placed in (some 1 seeds have an easier draw or path than others) and how prepared you are key. Upsets happen!!No dog in the hunt.

OK, after falling on their faces today vs FSU, Louisville no longer passes the eye test. Also, while going something like 5 for 21, Evans doesn’t look much like a NPOY either.Wow, you're really impressed by Louisville's 0-1 record against the top 20.
