Several have commented that Sarah is much more vocal this year. I think we were misled. Every time we saw Sarah at a post-game presser (which was frequently), she was like a wallflower. And yet, her teammates kept telling us she is completely the opposite in practice. It was hard to believe. But now, with Sarah mic'd up at practice, maybe we're seeing (and hearing) what she's always been in practice. If that's her routine (leader on the court, shy in post-game), I'll take it.

I think we will see more of Sarah in the postgame interviews. Think she will/has really grown. ( She is really a shy person)

A couple additional comments about the video. Sarah looks fitter and faster than last year. 🤩

Blanca is my X-factor. On the film I have watched of her in the Italian pro league, she does everything well, with the exception of shooting from the arc, which I have described as a, “Work in progress.” In this video Blanca knocks down two 3-pt shots. 😎

I am with you all the way. Sarah has definitely matured physically and in interacting with her teammates and I look forward to a first team AA season from her. And I also agree that Blanca is a tantalizing X-factor. She has been playing against 25- and 30-year-olds, including WNBA players! Not your typical freshman for certain. I can see her starting from the get-go and quickly becoming a critical player for us for the next 4 years!
