Rugrats are simply not good.

Some fool on their site was actually so stupid as to say that he didn't know why any recruit would be attracted to Uconn. As though we were a "has been" program. This from Rugrats who are and never have been a program. Simply a laughing stock embarrassment of a program.
Pike has done some nice things there but they simply are allergic to sustained success. Winning is like kryptonite to them.

I honestly thought a Rutgers vs. Houston championship game was within the realm of possibility this year. This board would have been something had our friends been as good as advertised. Oh well.

Did Omoruyi make that much of a difference? Or are teams just figuring out how to defend Ron Harper Jr?

Either way, the Big is a gauntlet.

Their fans on Twitter are hilarious.
One and a half good seasons in the last 30 years and they talk like their a blue blood.
Most recently tweeting at Floyd Jr saying he chose mediocrity and couldn’t handle the Big10.
Sorry Steve but I don’t care if that program never wins another game.

Rutgers is 4-5 since Geo Baker's return from injury (36.0 fg%, 21.3 3p%).

Coincidence and just a correlation to their schedule or is the team better without him and his poor shooting in the lineup?

Something must’ve happened they looked real good in November and December.

I always thought that Earph was funnier than Earrh.

Harper Jr couldn't make a basket yesterday. His scoring has been on decline. Only their guard Young seemed capable of getting it done but missed free-throws. I do like their other 6-11 big.

poor rutgers. last season, they win 20 games for the first time in like 15 years, and only second time in like 40 years, and then the tourney is cancelled.
bottom line? it took a Husky to get them even that far.
i think that their team rally chant is something like '2006!- we're in!' (last time of any tourney appearance, losing in nit first round). and then they join the conference that hasn't won a single ring in decades!
consistent. pathetic. consistently pathetic.

Geo is average player. Overrated.

I know we recruit same players quite a bit.
I could not care less about Hobbs or Pikiell - I’m good with Rutgers losing every game from now until the time the earth plunges into the sun.
They recruit same players a lot. Totally agree. F them.
