Rumor on PC Board has us going to the SEC??

Seriously, I was looking at the titles of the threads on the first two pages. I did not see anything but my apologies if I am beating a dead horse here.

Maybe the rumor is based on Chief's post on The Boneyard. Maybe it will get some traction, spread across the country, and cause itself to come true. Weirder things have happened....well, maybe not, but we have to try to be creative in CT.

I'm just sitting back, living my life, waiting till the day I see the headline "UCONN to _____ conference" on the paper sitting on my step. HCPP has turned us into a power house, of course the SEC is requesting our services to come save their dying conference.

Half of the postings on the subject were in jest. The ideas of assimilation with the Rebs by adopting their cuisine were comical. Honestly, once you've tried boiled peanuts, you know that we don't fit in.

The rumor started from that NY Times article. But, some clown from the Villanova board called ncaaball took this rumor to another level. Ncaaball is a major troll and has been banned on just about every opponent's board. Even the nova posters don't like him.
