I think Kaluma will be BE first team next year. He is wonderful talent

This is impressive without Nembhard and Kalkbrenne. IMO, Kelvin Sampson should get National Coach of the year. It is remarkable how well Houston has done without their top 2 scorers out since December

I Thought Creighton was underseeded. But yes, KU is a tough draw for them. Still keeping it close though. Lots of guys who make plays. Watching at the airport.
 
Just hang in there Creighton, a tight game between Self and Mcdermott who knows.

Regardless what happens here Creighton takes this experience going into next year with Nembrand and Kalkbrenner back.
 
It could be over now. Too bad but Creighton just doesn't have enough bodies.

Much respect to the guy. Being able to put this and the Cameron farewell game at the top of his resume is a hell of a start, regardless of what he does next weekend.

That's a very simplistic view. Sanogo and Cole were way more important to our success than Kalkbrenner and Nembhard (mostly Nembhard, Kalkbrenner was very big for them)

Because Houston was first place in the AAC regular season blowing out their competition and won the AAC tournament and earned a 5 seed with a chance to go to the Sweet 16. I know the AAC isn’t all that but it’s still better than a traditional mid major. Again they are doing this after they lost their top 2 scorers In December. Usually that is enough to cripple a season and Houston not only prevented that, they thrived and look like they didn’t lose a step

McCormick was fouled on that play that should’ve been ku ball
 
Well I give Creighton props for hanging in there but this Tournament has been boring as hell. Even North Carolina is who cares since they are normally a good team.

Wow with the way McCormick plays I promise you he’s on the plus side every game so that was s nothing turn of events. He’s s bull in a china shop gets away with a ton.
