Don't forget the wings. I forgot the wings in Detroit.

I also assumed it was related to Rocks 'n Wings at Bidwell's, which is a fairly popular destination for UConn kids on Wednesdays. UConn kids usually drink Natural Light or Keystone Light, so perhaps Rolling Rocks were considered the classy alternative when one needed to call upon the mojo.

Proof that the sacreds are, ya know, sacred.View attachment 676

They really mean the "extra" in front of "pale". If it weren't for seepage from the local Penzoil plant, it would have no color at all.

That stuff is just pure shiite. Alas I will not be the one to piss on tradition. I will dutifully be at some bar screaming about bad calls, eating wings, and putting away some "sacreds". I'm in.
How it tastes is not the point, pilgrim.
How it affects the mojo is.
Shut up and drink.

Brother swami - Ahhhhhh so well stated..........RR's in everyones hands by 9PM on Thursday or pay the price.....

I used to drink RR my senior year at UConn. That was 2006-2007 and we went 17-15 I believe and missed the NIT. I seem to be a curse as it pertains to RRs and our beloved team, but I can re-try consuming RRs for the tourney if the board would rather?

No amount of mojo attainable by mere mortals was going to save that team

I drank Guinness all last year, and have never consumed a RR in a championship season. I am wary of starting now.

Things like not drinking Rolling Rock are what got you hanged in the first place.

See what I did there?
