These people kind of get frozen in the mind the way they looked in the roles you remember. It’s a little startling that they grow older and die like everyone else. Great actor, great show.
And in Cheers as con man Harry the Hat.
Man, I was all over Markie Post. In fact she still is a looker. She had a small part in Something About Mary. Looked the same as she did in Night Court. From top to bottom, a solid 10.Nothing against Harry and sad to hear he's gone so young, but have to admit I enjoyed Night Court more for John Laroquette's character and Markie Post's assets.

What's your point Alex. You do realize "Something about Mary" was filmed just 5 years after "Night Court" ended....right??

Thank you for your interest in this RIP Harry Anderson thread.Nothing against Harry and sad to hear he's gone so young, but have to admit I enjoyed Night Court more for John Laroquette's character and Markie Post's assets.
Fortunately for him, he appeared to have known how to enjoy life. He got out of TV with enough money, went back to doing magic, and lived in Austin, New Orleans, and Asheville.Am I the only one surprised that he was only 65?
