I wish I were 5'7". To me, that IS tall. They kind of talk about her like she's so small, but at 5'7", she's not that tiny for a guard. Dixon was 5'5" and was tiny. Still, I guess she is the shortest player on the team (isn't Banks 5'9" or so?). Still, so great to read that kind of stuff about her. All the "team first" and "I'm here to learn" is awesome.
lol Hartley is 5'9" or 5'10".I think Hartley is shorter...

And with her blinding speed and quickness, I'm betting some think she must be shorter than she is in order to be able to move that quickly.
Sounds like the all-attitude team title is wrapped up...
I do find it amusing that some other fans would take "their" PG over Moriah. I'm quite sure senior Diggins or junior Schimmel or junior Gray or junior Simms will be "better" than Jefferson this year, but given her attitude and penchant to learn, coupled with her natural god-given talent... No one will be better than Mo Jeff in a very shot period of time..."THE PERFECT FIT" ,
This is why she was an incredible get for us! Not only was she consensus #2 ranked player in the class,#1 PG,98 along with Stew, unprecidented rating for a PG,awards and accolades galore. She is a UCONN type kid,we are always talk about!
We did not need her to take over the team in her FR Year at PG starting and playing 30+++ mins a game! She wants to learn and grow from the best. She knew Geno, staff, the other kids<including upper class PGs and Gs>would allow for her to become the best she could be! She plans on playing at the next level and before that be on the best WBB's team and group of players over the next 4 years!
This is why she chose UCONN and why we were lucky to get her! She along with the other 2 uber Elite FR teammates, none of whom will start either provides us with Special BB players who have that Team ist attitude. They will be the leaders of this team in the future providing the chance for 4 NCs during their careers!
UCONN Basketball is in great shape
Ira
Mo will quickly become a fan favorite, especially with her attitude to do whatever is necessary to succeed. Thank god she chose UCONN.
Uh..don't you think we should make that 1-2-3?
