Good point, but it would be interesting to see how many receptions he has with each QB.Bell came specifically to play with Evers.

That would be an insane promise to player that had yet to throw a single pass in a college game.It could very well be that Evers was promised he would start every game this year so long as he was healthy, and that he wouldn't be pulled unless a game was already won or lost.
what's crazy about this is they have almost no chemistry to speak ofBell came specifically to play with Evers.
Scout team players can be a little delusional; an observation that may or may not be based in personal experience...what's crazy about this is they have almost no chemistry to speak of
Jim is wily.4d chess, he felt like he could beat Rice without revealing the correction to future opponents like Syracuse.. just wait.
I've been hopeful that he can come around, the talent is there. I'm also concerned by him being surprised by the snap on a couple of occasions. He also locks on the primary receiver on throws to the flat, regardless of the coverage, which can turn into a pick 6. With the exception of late in the Wake game, he still doesn't seem too comfortable back there.I forgot to make this point until now. I've said all year that Evers throws to his primary target every single time. If anyone doubts that, he threw a short down and out yesterday where his wideout got knocked down or slipped right at the line of scrimmage. Evers never noticed. Dropped back and threw the pass he always knew he would throw, even though the wideout was just getting up off the ground yards away. Can that be corrected? Absolutely. This season? Incredibly unlikely.
Absolutely. Was just about to post something similar. The biggest recruits we have are on this team.I'm pretty confident that most here know what my stance has been on the Evers/Fagnano debate (although few grasp my reasoning).

We need to keep improving our HS recruiting and reach the point where transfers are complimentary players, not a means of filling a roster. Continuity plays a kn enormous role in football success. Having a roster where the bulk of the players and the lion's share of the starters all have a few years in the system gives the program a huge advantage.

How are we favored? Vandy for real.I admit I haven't watched any of the last few games. Since the start of the season I've flipped back and forth. I like Evers if he has a running threat but if he's injured he just doesn't. He needs to train and learn in practice. Fagnano isn't going to be a godsend but we need to give our running game at least a chance and not be such small dimesnions.
Georgia State is going to be a tough game. They already beat Vandy this year so they're not scared of anybody
