Tennessee is more than likely done for 2013. Nice 3 player class. Exceptional if they had Davis. And scary to think they might have had DeShields leaning their way early on.

Keeps them in the top 15. Probably top 10. Good start for Warlick.

It is indeed a good class. Tenn fans should be happy, but it's not an amalgamation of talent that will be beating UCONN, which I guess will make UCONN fans happy...

Everything I have read says she wants to stay on the west coast.

TN will definitely compete for titles. There will be a starting line up where every position is top 10 talent based on at least one recruiting service from Meighan to Isabelle to Ariel to Andraya to Jannah to Cierra to Bashaara to Mercedes (actually 5 of those are top 5) and this doesn't begin to take into accont the others that were also highly sought after recruits. The key will be to remain healthy.

Competing for titles? Maybe. Winning titles? not as long as UCONN has Stewart, Tuck and Jefferson. I'm glad Tennessee fans are optimistic, but they didn't compete for a title even when they had 2 top 4 draft picks as seniors (and they had Baugh too). And they simply don't have a team that can compete with UCONN. No offense, but it's not close.

Now if they land Wilson, Turner and one of the top PG's from 2014, then they would have the guns to compete. But people on their board were talking about multiple NC's after they landed Russell. that would mean winning one before UCONN's big 3 leaves and that simply will not happen...

Eric, I think so and my opinion is worth as much as yours until it's actually written in the books. Russell, Andraya, and Graves cancounter those 3, as can Ariel, Cierra, and Russell. You will see real soon just how good some of those players truly are and your saying otherwise won't change it. Time will reveal all.

LOL ok good luck with that. Russell has never been as dominating as Stewart, Carter is nowhere near in the same class as Jefferson, and Tuck has always outperformed Graves, altho I will give you that I believe Graves has more upside. But hey, keep your chin up as Tennessee fans have much to be happy about.

And as yet a completely unproven new head coach at the level of competition we are talking about. Personally, I do not think that Holly will be that effective.

Jordan Reynolds. Most top 50 players have already verballed so the ones who are announcing now are interesting to me, hence why I started this thread.

Interesting... all that I have read says that she is open to leaving the west coast, and might prefer to leave California. We shall see.

^^^ I think that most of the talk of her staying on the West Coast has been just that, talk and speculation. I actually saw where she said she wanted to come east. I think that is reflected in her finalists, too: Duke, Texas A&M, and Tennessee pulling against her home state UCLA. If she wanted to stay home though, I think she would have had some other West Coast options this late in the game. I'm not saying UCLA can't woo her to stay, but my money has her coming east, and I actually think she will land at Duke. It would give them a super class and address their main weakness IMO, post depth. It would also put them at 15 players however. It's hard to keep that many happy.
