That is incredible. I'm sure it's been posted, but what did he weigh in at?

Ummm, he just made himself A TON of money in the span of those 4.79 seconds.

299 lbs. He is 6'4".

Which is good. Because he came in at 6' 3 7/8" and 300 lbs at the Senior Bowl.

Shows he is maintaining his listed playing weight throughout his training regimine. Teams can feel confident that the player they are seeing at the combine is the same weight as the player they are seeing on film.

kash and reyes have really ehlped them selves so far. great news!

Fantastic job Kendall! He solidified a late 1st or 2nd round status. Way to represent UConn. Nothing better than to see UConn scrolling on the bottom of the NFL Network screen continuously. Has anyone heard feedback on Dave Teggert?

It is downright unbelievable how many DLinemen are running a sub 5.0 dash.

I'm curious to see how Teggart does in the kickoff portion of the combine seeing he never did it here. That will be a big moment for him.

I've said it before, I"ll say it a hundred thousand times. Players build programs. Players. The recruiting class of 2007 took what came before, and built there own level of the foundation of the UConn football program - without doubt. Higher and higher levels of expectations for current and future players to build on.

I would have it no other way.

:)

I know he's more of a hybrid and will likely see most of his time as a stand up pass rusher in the NFL, but Bruce Irvin just ran a 4.50. And that Poe kid from Memphis, at 346 lbs ran a 4.98. That's not legal.

I'm seeing Reyes at 4.95 now?

Why concussions are such a huge problem in football....300-pound men can run a 4.79 40. That's like getting run over by a Volkswagen.

nfl.com lists him as running a 4.95

Okay, where are all these different numbers coming from - 4.79, 4.88, and now 4.95?...

4.79= His first unofficial time.
4.88= His second unofficial time.
4.95= His official time.

NFL Network just did a profile on him. He got the golden corral best value player of day 3

All any scout needs to do when looking at Reyes straight line speed is put up his film from the Cincy game at home in 2010. If he doesn't have that run back in a highlight clip ready go at any time, whoever's representing him should be drawn and quartered.

Looking at Reyes #s it's looks like a case of 3 sides to every story yours,mine, and the truth.

No way he last to day three. He has been impressive to all since the Senior bowl though the combines. Mayock has stated that he could go at the end of the first round or early second. Mayock also said that he can see four or five defensive tackles in round one.

All three UConn players helped themselves out this week.
