Retire Jerseys?

Does Uconn ever retire jersey numbers? I know players go up in the "huskies of honor" but are the jersey numbers still wearable?

There are only 32 allowable jersey numbers in college basketball. There are already 19 huskies on the wall of honor. Actually retiring numbers would not be practical for any successful program.

Just for giggles, there are 4 42's, and 3 22's and 13's as duplicates on the wall.

For basketball, you can't have any numbers above 55 because the zebras have to be able to show every number with the fingers on both hands. That's why there are no numbers above five in each set, and nothing above 55.
