well you lost pitt.
those were 2 of the top ones. we also talked about memphis, TCU, Houston, SMU and a few others. whether or not they were serious offers or not but we had a lot of teams we wanted to bring into the b12. i think adding WVU, UConn, and a few other BE teams would be better than Houston and SMU

No way to tell yet how this shakes out. Looks like Pitt and Syracuse are gone, not sure if they are the only ones. I see a slim chance the ACC takes Texas or Notre Dame as affiliates but not full members. We don't know what UConn is doing or capable of doing.

As we have discussed, if the conferences all go to 16, UConn will have a home. If some stop at 12 or 14, then UConn is in trouble.
