Sort of. I don't think the executives in Bristol are thinking. "how can we screw UConn today?" but I do think there were moments when they could've gotten us a slot, essentially at no cost differential to them. The one that comes to mind is when they footed the bill for the ACC to expand with Pittsburgh instead of Connecticut, which was the original preferred option.
