Had a graphic up regarding Geno's career accomplishments and then mentioned that he had a great class coming in. Named all three girls, but was very excited inparticular about Moriah. Said she was blazingly fast and a terrific young woman.

Talking about the incoming recruiting class - esp strong on Moriah - said "she's a rocket (I think?)" - sounds as if he has seen her play.

I am so glad ESPN telecast these last two games so they could put anyone on and I would have been very happy!

I just e-mailed ESPN and asked them to tell the announcers to call the players "women," not "young ladies." Shades of Geno!

Anyone who follows women's ball beyond DI knows about Jo (http://womenshoopsblog.wordpress.com/?s=jo+leedham) She and her sister carried Franklin Pierce way up into the DII ranks. The Ravens stayed high up, even when their coach left for a rival (he then got dismissed - very hush hush as to why).

She's a great kid -- I'm pleased as all heck for her.
