Lol Reibe with the drive against his defender. Got fouled, no call, then did a crazy spin move for the wide open layup... that he missed lol.
The one dude who had the poster dunk thinks he needs to shoot every time he touches the ball no matter what position he's inSomebody tell his teammates to relax
Siulepa will drive straight downhill through people every single time he touches the ball. Move the ball buddy, if there is a guy right in front of you, do something else.Somebody tell his teammates to relax
Furphy measured 6.4.5" barefoot.Announcers say he is 6'4 which in my mind takes him out of being a bonafide 3 and turns a lineup with him at the 3 to a 3 guard set.
Measured 6'4.5 barefoot a year ago, listed at 6'6. He's a great player.Announcers say he is 6'4 which in my mind takes him out of being a bonafide 3 and turns a lineup with him at the 3 to a 3 guard set. I did like the physicality he showed boxing out a much bigger player in the post. An away from the ball play.
Got half their points, running the point or playing 2. I think he will end up somewhere between a Cam-ish or Giffey-ish 3man who handles- not in terms of impact freshman yr, but playing styleFurphy is all alone out here
He's going to play a lot.Obviously the the freshman team playing the varsity squad right now... but really impressed with Furphy at the moment. Whole lotta heart.
If he puts the ball in the bucket like this, there's no way he's riding the pine.
He's going to play a lot.
Reibe clearly very skilled, but the decision-making and mental side of the game definitely needs a fair amount of seasoning. Plus adding strength all over (core, lower body, arms).
Yes to the wing being crowded but he's really good and really versatile. He'll get minutes at the wing, shooting guard, and point guard. That's the beauty of a player like him, there won't be much of a drop off or any drop off at all when he comes in and he can play several different positions if we're in a pickle with injuries or foul trouble. The wing is crowded and we knew that. But honestly everyone on campus not named Solo should be running to Werth right now because someone's not going to be happy when the kid from Tasmania starts cooking.
