Rebecca's comment about Kiah

If it's what I think you're referring to, I wouldn't read too much into it. Basically, she just meant that, generally speaking, Geno's only going to let you play one way, and if you don't, you're either going to sit on the bench or play for another coach.

Kiah is going to get it. She may not understand yet how good she can be, but she understands Geno does.

Correct: Rebecca said something very close to the effect that if Kiah doesn't or can't change her demeanor for Geno she might have to coinsider a transfer next year.

I sure hope it doesn't come to that.

Yeah - I think this was no big deal - she was basically saying that Geno sees great things in Kiah and is going to ride her and ride her until she achieves them. And then she said, either she will get there or she will transfer because he will not back off. I thought it was a compliment to her potential, and to what Geno is like as a coach with a talented player.

I suspect Kiah will be fine, but if not, UConn will move on and she will find a more comfortable place to play. Hope not, but she could look at Kentucky right now and see an opportunity to join a comfy program with ups downs sideways and no prospects for an NCAA championship.

Kiah will be fine.
