Please let your Boneyard members know they can fill out an online form to the official Ombudsman for ESPN, the Poynter Review Project.
They compile comments, both negative and positive. If the Poynter Review Project gets numerous complaints about the same topic, they present the information to ESPN. I have received non-form responses in past years about my comments.
