I know it wasn't Packer.I don't think it was Packer.
Those comments are high-test mojo boosts.
If it was Packer, I'd be stocking up on canned goods and ammo.

You mean that Church league team??
I imagine tht would be Kobe's wet dream, getting tag teamed by Taylor Swift & Sydney Sweeney. Now, replicate that gif, substituting Taylor Swift and Sydney Sweeney for the UConn girls zooming in on your avatar with a Bai substituting for Jonathan.
You say that as if something better has actually happened to you. Do tell!I imagine tht would be Kobe's wet dream, getting tag teamed by Taylor Swift & Sydney Sweeney.

everything okay man?
It was Stan Van Gundy.Raftery last night: “It looks like UConn is getting a little tired here”
one second later - alleyoop slam by Castle.
last Sunday (dunno if it was Raftery or Packer): “It’s been a quiet night for Castle..”
one second later - Castle shakes his defender on the baseline for a rim-shaking dunk.
That's right. Muchas gracias! It was Stan Van Gundy.
Remember, we had the Kevin Harlan, SVG, Dan Bonner crew in the regionals for the second year in a row.
I want to be Raff when I grow up.The absolute master. Best line of the night after Diarra's injury: "Boy, Gene's had a nice easy night, huh ?"
Those old school Jersey/NYC basketball guys are the best and they're so missed when they're gone. That's why I treasure games Raf and Hubie Brown call.Raff is great, my favorite was Al McGuire.
Had breakfast with him at a charity golf tournament a few years ago. Super down to earth nice guy. Very slender which you don’t get on tv because all you see is upper body. He also did a far better job than officials last night.Raf is at the top of his game. He tells you a lot without needing to talk every second. He gives you tidbits about players without needing to tell a story. He's great at recognizing tactics and momentum. He is having fun and you can feel it.
Raftery is a treasure, but I'm really glad they made Ian Eagle the #1 play by play guy.
You can tell the joy and delight he has doing this.
Thankfully Pringle didn’t get hot last night, as Raf would have thrown down a “Sour Cream and Onions”Onions!
Hubie Brown is the best in the NBA and he's 90.Raf turns 81 this month (April 19) and he's still better than 95% of the analysts on TV.
Love them both. But god I wish Nantz was in there instead of Ian eagleI liked hearing from both Grant Hill and Raftery. Raf is always great, but Grant added quite a lot to the broadcast.
Hall of fame liver
Drinking Seth Davis under the table probably just means you order that second glass of wine.I met Seth Davis at a golf tournament and he said every guy in the biz has a story where Raf took them out for a “drink” and ended up drinking them under the table. It’s like an initiation.
Ha! Facts.Drinking Seth Davis under the table probably just means you order that second glass of wine.
"Send it in Jerome" was my all-time favorite call.Lingerie on the deck is still the best.
And it was "Send it in Jerome".
Agreed.... I got so sick of Kevin Harlin. He calls a basketball game like a Kentucky Derby announcer. We’re lucky to have Ian Eagle. He may not be Nantz but all the others pale in comparison.
Nantz was OK, a little too formal, too into the pageantry for my taste. He is the best, I really do cherish every game he calls because I know time is ticking. I will never forget him going insane with ONIONS when shad drilled the go ahead 3 vs udub - 'The daggers in his holsters are utterly extraordinary!'
Eagle is great but I do miss Nantz. Nantz had a way of talking about uconn and JC that made the basketball capital seem mystical
