Can't you just drive over the CT/MA border and place them from your phone there? I was lucky to be on a business trip prior to the BET and got $50.00 to win $700.00 if they win it all.

Im not much of a gambler when it comes to sports, but I've never had a problem placing a bet.

If someone hasn't been able to place a bet, they're not trying hard enough.

I understood the no CT college betting before NIL, but seems pretty obsolete now. The state website on gambling says we should be able to assuming they are in a tournament.

I think we should at least be able to bet the money line and futures.

Most VPNs will do the trick. Some apps and services have gotten smart to this and will not work while on a a VPN. For example MLB.tv the past couple of years has worked 50/50 on my VPN when trying to change my location to avoid blackout restrictions.
