Know some of you folks who predict the scores are licking some wounds after ND.....even Jimmy The GReek got some lumps, you know. I always enjoy your predictions....often-times they are astonishingly accurate. Hope you'll buck up and let em rip re tonight's tilt!?

I never give my pregame guesses because I may look like a fool - however, I am feeling foolish today. UConn 82, Georgetown 47. Sugar shoots sub 25% FG.

According to Sugar Rogers in todays Washington Post, she's done everything else but beat UConn...

“I need to beat them,” said Rodgers, who had 33 points on 13-for-24 shooting, 12 rebounds, 12 assists and 6 steals in Saturday’s 79-64 victory over Providence. “That’s the only team I haven’t beaten since I’ve been here. I mean, we’ve beaten everybody else.”

I think the Hoyas are in for a good old fashioned butt woopin'. I can't believe Sugar Rogers is still there. It feels like she has been there for the last decade. But, Kelly will do her stuff on Sugar and keep her in check.

Score-wise...UConn finds their 3 point touch again and wins 93 - 57.

Rogers probably feels the same way about Faris. ;)

Conference game so scoring will be a little down. 83. Defense will be better, keep Hoyas under 50.

Absent DD's analysis, there's no way for me to make a pun or a dit, let alone a score prediction.

While jet lag is not a concern this time around, I do worry that ND game may have shaken team's confidence in one another. They probably need to be sharp early and play from a comfortable lead. The first 8 minutes or so are crucial. They will need to be at least +10 in score differential by that point, if not 15, in order to demonstrate they have moved on from ND game.

The need to be ahead is a cost of success. Normally, a good team can expect most games to be settled by 10 or fewer points, win or lose. We, however, can't live like that.

I agree with both! Couldn't believe it when I heard that the "contest" was Sugar against KML. Sugar? Still? Really?

Reminded me of when Pat said about Diana, "Will that girl ever graduate?"

No! They're going to be loaded for bear, they're so mad about the ND game. I feel sorry for Georgetown being the first opponent after a loss.

Sugar was an impact player from game 1, so it seems that she's been there forever. I believe she was the BE FOY over Skylar.

I look for us to overwhelm them, though we will have rough patches on the road. G'town is still pesky, but our size and talent are too much. I'll guess UConn by 70-50.

MILFORD: glad to see you on this.....but was surprised that you, of ALL Yarders, let the "puns" and "dits" stuff slide by unaddressed -- ??
