Our defense is our defense at this point. Outscore the other team. There’s no point in harping on it after every win or loss. Away wins are always nice. Keep rolling.I loved Tarris Reed's game, would like to see more aggression from McNeeley, Alex is taking things slower on his drives and outside shooting, which is helping him a lot.
Defense is still a huge concern because PC missed a lot of makeable shots.
Against any other team than DePaul or Butler, it would've been a tight game.
Class actHurley calling that timeout at the end to ensure the opponents senior walk-ons played on Senior day is a testament to the man that he is.
Hopefully all of those hating on him lately can take notice.
Let's hope he stays out of his slump and the law of averages kicks in and makes up for that slump.Overshadowed by Reed’s monster game, but Karaban played very well. 17 points, 2-4 on 3s. I think he’s out of his slump officially.
Yes! Except that our offense would suffer at the 4.This was the most complete game they played all year. No really bad stretches in the game.
Reed showed he can totally dominate and take over the game. He has to start and play 25+ minutes the rest of way. Samson is good but he can’t bring what Reed brought today.
I would like to see Samson get some minutes at 4 with Reed in there when Karaban takes a breather.
And the bench to consistently give something, anything. I didn't watch the game and I will be going to sleep real soon, but looking at the box score I am pleased with the win, but really disappointed in Ross, Stewart, and Mahaney. The 5 spot is now golden for the rest of the year. Karaban will show up in March. As will Ball and McNeeley. The only concern now is PG. We need Diarra to get healthy.
I mean he did against St John’s twice. Not quite these numbers but stillReed in BEAST mode. Want to see it against high level competition. But will take it against the Friars.
Nice to see the pure shot from 30 feet by Karaban.
Mahaney played like 2 minutesAnd the bench to consistently give something, anything. I didn't watch the game and I will be going to sleep real soon, but looking at the box score I am pleased with the win, but really disappointed in Ross, Stewart, and Mahaney.
Reed showed one of the more dominate games by a college center you will see in recent years. It reminded me of Bill Russell turning away a lot of driving players.feed reed
The two he missed weren't bad misses either.Overshadowed by Reed’s monster game, but Karaban played very well. 17 points, 2-4 on 3s. I think he’s out of his slump officially.
Let’s be real though, it was an ideal matchup for him. Marquette won’t be giving it up over and over.Really strong performance from our bench today. 24 points, 18 rebounds, 7 blocks, 2 steals!
Tarris Reed needs to play every single minute possible. If he’s not in foul trouble, or if he doesn’t need some rest, he needs to be in the game. WHAT A MONSTER GAME FROM BIG HOSS TARRIS REED!
Great three point shooting across the board as well. Great game playmaking from Diarra with 10 assists
That was fun!
They never didI’m convinced they don’t card at the dunk.
Guarantees the students show up.They never did
