Pc has 7 points on prayers. It's sort of unreal how many gifts our opponents have gotten this year.
 
5 point swing to end the half, just awful. Did anyone else notice the clock stopped when Providence got the ball?

8 points. UConn can't get a layup to go down and their shots bounce 15 feet in the air and swish.
 
Daniels getting pushed around again, his guy got the rebound and then and 1 to end the half. Three freshmen in to end the half of a must win game. WHY?? I missed most of the half. Are guys in foul trouble?
 
You must have come in late to only have seen DD miss a rebound.....noone boxed out and a few guys got pushed out....ao may have a rebound though...

This game has me VERY nervous. PC is terrible, we are playing p4etty well, but only up two at the half. We are scoring more easily than PC but they are getting all the bounces. That last 30 seconds was huge. AD 0-4 for free throws and we keep missing putbacks (Oriakhi especially) and shots from 5 feet in. How are we not up 10+?? I think I answered my own question. We continue to let the bad teams hang around, they get hot from three and we lose.
 
finally some breathing room, let see if we can finish out the game focused

The team comes to the sideline up 10, finally playing well and there is no energy from the coaching staff. I'd be right there trying to get them to realize how good they are, slapping butts, high fiveing whatever it takes to get them to put the hammer down and kick some butt. This isn't physics class Blaney!

Maybe Blaney is soft because his son is on the Providence staff
