For those that are new to the game and others that have forgotten it is requested that discussions other than prognostications of the game should be posted on other threads that your discussion pertains to. UConn plays Holy Cross for their 20th time and has a 19-0 record with their first game being played on 12/10/87 in Storrs winning 74-68. Their closest game was the following year also at Storrs winning only 73-71. Their largest win was on 11/14/10 with a 117-37 blowout. Holy Cross has a 4-3 record and was last year’s Patriot League champion with a 61-55 win over Boston U, a team that UConn demolished 86-32 less than 30 days ago. The Crusaders have 6 players that a 6’ or more with the tallest being 6’2”. The team consists of 3 Seniors, 4 Juniors, 4 Sophomores and 2 Freshman. They have six players returning from last season’s team that played in at least 20 of the 34 games and have a total of 10 players that played in 9 games or more. They averaged 29.3 points of the teams 62.9 points per game.
Holy Cross is rated #172 by Massey with an SOS of 211. Their 4 wins are against UMass Lowell #351 61-49, Brown #248 68-53, UMass #262 75-70 and New Hampshire #272 57-43. Their three losses were against Boston College #71, Quinnipiac #102 78-74 and Vermont #171 67-50. Geno will use this game to get the rust off from the five-day break while preparing them for the upcoming games against Louisville and Notre Dame.

- The winner must be named, either UConn/Huskies or Holy Cross/Crusaders. No predictions like "85-55 the good guys", will be accepted if there isn't a winner stated.
- If prior to the closing of the Prognosticator’s Predictions, you wish to change your prognostication you must submit a new prediction by stating that you wish to change your previous prediction and provide the post number of the original post. If the request for change is submitted prior to the closing of accepted predictions, you will receive a "like" letting you know that it was accepted and changed.
- If someone believes that they have been missed, or someone notices that another fellow Prognosticator has been by the gamekeeper, then it must be brought to the gamekeeper's attention within 24 hours of the posting of the winner(s) game thread.
