For those that are new to the game and others that have forgotten it is requested that discussions other than prognostications of the game should be posted on other threads that your discussion pertains to. If you wish to prognosticate your prediction that is okay if you post your score. The winner/s will be posted soon after the game’s completion.
UConn plays their 5th game of the season against #6 Michigan on Friday 11/21 in the Hall of Fame Women’s Showcase at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville at 8:00 PM Eastern. This will be the first ever meeting between the two teams. The Wolverines are currently 4-0 with wins against Canisius 100-40, Harvard 84-55, #18 Notre Dame 93-54 and Binghamton 120-50. The Massey ratings at their win were Canisius #348, Harvard #87, Notre Dame #9 and Binghamton #288. After watching the ND game, the Irish were overrated in my opinion, and the Wolverines only had to stop one person, Hidalgo and the game was over. Michigan has yet to play against a team that has more than one star and will have problems with both offense and defense against the Huskies. Geno will have the team ready for Michigan; my question is will Kim have Michigan ready for UConn? My answer is HELL NO; the Huskies will win by double digits.
All predictions and any changes must be submitted by 7:45 PM Eastern. Any submitted after the cut-off will not be accepted. The game is on FOX.
The winner must be named, either UConn/Huskies or Michigan/Wolverines. No "85-55 the good guys", if there isn't a winning team stated in the prognostication it will not be counted. If prior to the closing of the Prognosticator’s Predictions, you wish to change your prognostication you must submit a new prediction by stating that you wish to change your previous prediction and provide the post number of the original post. If the request for change is submitted prior to the scheduled closing of accepted predictions, you will receive a "like" letting you know that it was accepted and changed. If someone believes that they have been missed, or someone notices that another fellow prognosticator has been by the gamekeeper, then it must be brought to the gamekeeper's attention within 24 hours of the posting of the winner(s) game thread.
I believe that UConn will limit scoring and this game won’t be close. UConn will play 9 maybe 10 players, and everyone will score, more if it’s another blowout. UConn 90 – Michigan 75.
