For those that are new to the game and others that have forgotten it is requested that discussions other than prognostications of the game should be posted on other threads that your discussion pertains to. If you wish to prognosticate your prediction that is okay if you post your score. The winner/s will be posted soon after the game’s completion.
UConn plays their 15th game of the season against Seton Hall at Noon on 1/3/26 in PeoplesBank Arena, the Pirates are currently 10-4 and 4-1 in Conference play with their home win against Georgetown 81-36. Both teams played Butler and Xavier with both teams being victorious. Seton Hall beating both teams at home Butler 70-51 and Xavier 75-55, while UConn trounced both teams beating Butler 94-47 and Xavier 104-39 winning both games on the road. UConn is 55-1 against the Pirates with their only loss 53-74, being on the road in Newark on 01/05/95. Their largest MoV win was a 91-24 road win on 01/02/2010, while their smallest MoV was a 56-55 win in Storrs on 02/07/1989. Their Big East conference record is 10-0, soon to be 11-0 and their win streak will be extended to 42 straight wins.
All predictions and any changes must be submitted by 11:45 AM Eastern. Any submitted after the cut-off will not be accepted. The game is on FS1.
The winner must be named, either UConn/Huskies or Seton Hall/Pirates. No "85-55 the good guys", if there isn't a winning team stated in the prognostication it will not be counted. Once your prediction is posted If you wish to change your prognostication you must submit a new prediction by stating that you wish to change your previous prediction and provide the post number of the original post, NO changing of the original post. If the request for change is submitted prior to the scheduled closing of accepted predictions, you will receive a "like" letting you know that it was accepted and changed. If someone believes that they have been missed, or someone notices that another fellow prognosticator has been by the gamekeeper, then it must be brought to the gamekeeper's attention within 24 hours of the posting of the winner(s) game thread.
Geno has two days to get things straightened out, they will play a better game than today's. UConn will play all available players, and everyone will score. UConn 85 – Pirates 62.
