With the drumming that UConn gave Virginia, they still have some room to get better. I was shocked to see the deference between game 1 and game 4. UConn has beaten three Power 5 schools and a AAC opponent, while Ohio State has played only Mid Majors losing to one Ohio 74 - 68, and barley defeating Cincinnati 78 - 73. Ohio State has only one senior, two juniors, three sophomores, and eight freshman, so they have less experienced players then UConn. With all that being said I believe this will be over before halftime and UConn will win 86 - 60. Good Luck to everyone. All predictions must be in 5 minutes prior to game time which is 2:55 PM Eastern or 11:55 Pacific. Attached is scoring system parameters.

Kevin McGuff is the HW if the Big 10, and he no longer has the level of talent he had a few years ago. The Huskies crunch the Buckeyes like holiday chestnuts: 88 - 47

As @MSGRET said, tOSU barely beat Cinci (by 5) and lost to Ohio. Lots of inexperience for them. They do have freshman Kierstan Bell, a top 10 recruit, but not sure who else they have of note... I think something similar to Virginia. this game is at tOSU tho, so maybe 32 point margin or so...

UCONN 80
tOSU 48

UConn 71 OSU 58

Will be interesting to see if Kyla and the rest of the bench contribute like they did against Virginia. I'll probably continue to predict that UConn won't blowout any opponents until I'm more comfortable with the Bench Play.

What chance does a small rural, agricultural, non P5, mid-major school have against THE Ohio State?
:rolleyes: :rolleyes::rolleyes:
Your eyes may be rolling, but it's the Buckeyes that will roll. 69-61

I watched a little bit of tOSU at home vs Kent State the other night. The game was surprisingly close with the Buckeyes winning by 10. tOSU doesn’t do a particularly good job of taking care of the ball and their Bigs lumber up and down the court. I think Megan & Liv will have a field day just running the court for easy transition baskets.

I think the MOV will be about 25 to 30. Not sure the team will continue to improve at the same rate as they have in the past two games but I don't see them backsliding either.

UConn 83, THE Ohio State University 58.

Sarg: Uconn has One Senior of note, One senior who shows promise, 1 Junior, 2 Sophs, and 2 Freshmen that play big games. The rest of Uconn's team is a work in progress, or not available, or injured. So ON PAPER, at least OH St isn't that far removed from Uconn, discounting the Power or No Power schools.
They are at HOME. Often, in front of HOME CROWDS, they play beyond their abilities. So, as I expect a win for Uconn I won't pencil it into the W column before the game is played.

Ohio St. 64 Uconn 75. Ania get 11, Ono 16, (since you have a calculator I won't list them all)

Uconn has 7 fast conditioned kids. I was going to say Ania (has my Energizer Bunny Award) will run them ragged then I looked at the rest ---anD They all run!
