UConn just wiped the floor against the #2 team in the AAC and are now going to Houston, a team that they beat by 40 earlier in the season. The Huskies are now playing their best defense and are also finally showing some offense. If they keep jelling like they did tonight against the Bearcats I feel sorry for Houston (not). The ladies need to keep on improving each game they play so that they will be ready for the WNCAA Tournament. With all that being said I see another well executed game and another blowout. UConn 108 - Cougars 55. All prognostications must be in 5 minutes before game time, 2:55 PM Eastern. Good luck to all the players and remember you only have 2 games left to qualify for the Tournament edition, we currently have 66 qualifiers. Attached is the Prognosticators Scoring Criteria.

UConn 88 - Houston 44. I'm hoping I'm low on UConn's points, but I can't believe they'll get back-to-back 100+ games after not having any in any of the prior games. Defense is still consistent. Expect a couple of single digit quarters from Houston.

Which UConn team will we see. The one that scores 105 points against Cincinnati or the one that scores or the one that scores 67 points against USF. Still looking for my first points.

UConn 83 Houston 51

Senior Day at Houston for a team that’s really stumbling along. The Huskies will win easily, even if Liv is not at 100%.

UConn wins 92 - 52

I don't think the Huskies will shoot over 70% from three again but I do think they will shoot between 50% and 60% overall which should put them in the upper 80's to mid 90's if they can control the game tempo.

UConn 93, Houston 50.

Most have a MOV between 35 and 45, which seems right. I think this would be a good game to give both Batouli and Evelyn major minutes with the first string. I would be very curious as to well they would respond. So assuming Geno conducts this little experiment, final score is 83-48.

Not sure I see Ronald Huey as really making progress on improving this program...
UConn 92
Houston 48

Just like Cinci, my Houston prediction will be the same as last time.

Keep in mind if it is an early runaway, Geno might pull starters early in second half given they have South Florida on Monday.

Good defense, Jekyll & Hyde offense.

UConn wins 95 - 42.

Houston is on a 5 game losing streak including an 18 point loss to UCF and a 9 point loss to Cinci. I have no hope that Houston will keep the game close so the only mystery is the final MOV.

I believe at this time of the season, Geno is working the team into shape for the NCAA's. In the smackdown of Cinci, Geno put in Molly and Kyla at different times in the 1st 3 quarters. Kyla especially knocked down some shots and apparently is feeling better.

Kyla played 15 minutes, Evelyn played 12, and Aubrey played 20 off the bench. The rest were all under 6 minutes. I would imagine the Houston game will be similar. I can easily see UCONN scoring into the 90's. Our defense is improved so I don't know if they will get to 50 points. A lot will depend on how much they score vs. the reserves in Q4 and how many 3's they hit.

UCONN 98
Houston 46
