Since I've been doing this it's a tie. Last year both Oregon and South Carolina had 33 prognostications in their favor. Baylor came in third with 22.12 USC picks. Wonder what the record is on prognostications for favored opponents
Regardless of who I feel is favored, SC also beat Arkansas (a team that beat UConn by three) — by 22. UConn also beat Tennessee by 6, I believe. We will see how SC does in that matchup later this month. The tally right now is 39 Boneyarders think UConn will win while 16 people(some of them SC fans) think SC will win.
Here are some numbers that support my membership in the group of 39: SC beat South Dakota by 10 points, Gonzaga by 7, Kentucky by 5 and lowly LSU by a measly 4 points. They beat Alabama, Florida and Georgia by 12-17 points - not exactly blowouts. They lost by 8 points to NC State, a team looking weaker and weaker by the day.
It could happen; but, I will be unpleasantly surprised if SC comes into the Nutmeg State tomorrow and beats UConn.
According to Aaliyah she is doing fine. Nothing was broken or fractured. If you ask me the next day ...”what was the score of the game last night”...I can NEVER remember but I do know if the game is in UCONN favor...so if UCONN wins by 1pt.
I will be over the moon.
Off the subject...has anyone heard how Edwards is...hope she doesn’t lose
