Prognosticators Game 12 (SMU) Predictions

Well UConn got a win even with the Holiday break rust. Geno was not a happy camper after WS had whittled the lead down to 10 in the 3rd quarter and called the T/O to get his point across to the players. I would love to be a fly on the wall during the next practice just to see his magic at work. He should have the coming out blazing this Sunday against SMU. With that said SMU is a very young team with no Seniors, 2 Juniors, 5 Sophomores, and 3 Freshman. I believe that they have only one starter returning from last year and have a 6 - 6 record. (oh Geno, where are thy bigs?) They avg 44 rpg. Also holding opponents to 35% shooting. Gonna be a tough game for UCONN.

SMU had a nice win against Rice. Other than that, they seem to be fairly scoring challenged, scoring less than 60 points in half their games. Not sure they will even get to 40 vs. UCONN, but if history is any indication, their 6'5" post player (with no hands), will take, and make, her first five 3-point shots of her career...

Aaaarrrrggghhh, how dare you imply the Husky's can hang with the Mustangs! Travis is coaching, not playing. While SMU will have a large crowd (for them) at the game, most will be rooting UCONN on to victory, the final score will be:
