With Paige 94-73. Without 83-73. We should win unless AK shots 50% from 3 pt land and that isn't likely. We made it by a pretty good UT team tho we didn't play all that's well. With Paige it won't be a nail biter. Without things get more interesting. I don't think Nika would have to have a big game to win - ONO, EW, Griff and CW can handle the scoring. She needs to keep her turnovers down, play some D, get some assists, make a few shots when they are there and just be steady.

No idea what to make of this game. Which UCONN team comes out? The focused team who slaughtered Butler by almost 70? Or the lazy team that won a "bad practice" against Georgetown?

If Christyn plays lazy and sits around the 3-point line launching 10-15 3's, it bodes ill. The only one who should be taking 10-15 three point shots is Paige. Evina is too disciplined to jack up that many shots.

Arkansas is NOT big, but the are aggressive. If our post players get into foul trouble as they drive to the hoop, it will be a chess match for Geno to rotate in Mir and Liya to try to mitigate. Arkanasas also loves taking charges on the defensive end so UCONN will need to run crisp offense. If they have SEC refs, or if there is some home cooking on the foul side, it could be a long stressful night.

Arkansas likes to play fast. Maybe faster than UCONN. But given that they aren't big, I think a track meet favors us. If Paige plays, I expect a 15+ point win. They are a better matchup for us than Tennessee. They play at a frenetic pace on defense too, but too often it gets them out of position. If we are disciplined, we can exploit that. We will need a mature game from Paige.
