Is it just me? Watching Ollie in these post game pressers makes me want to shoot myself in the head! He stares at the table without glancing up at the press corps or the cameras.
I hope this is no indication of how he addresses the team after the losses this year.
I always saw him as a positive motivator but this disturbs me.

I'm really disturbed by the way Ollie parks his car, front facing in rather than out to save a few seconds. I hope this is no indication of how he runs practice.

I also think the team comes out tight because he buttons his top button on his golf shirts. They see that and tense up. Anyone else agree?
