Did she really just blame the ball? And they have her the Olympic coach? Come on man....
AFAIK this has always been the case. Different schools can use different balls. I think there was some article about this (in the men's game) a couple years ago.If schools are able to pick which ball they use,
The next banner they raise will say: "We would've won if the ball had been different."
Hopefully our resident meme-makers can get on that.
Geno BelichickGreat strategy Geno. Now you can put those Nike balls away until next time SC comes to Storrs.
You must mean NIKE. SC plays with a Wilson ball.If schools are able to pick which ball they use, you can bet every road game SC has the rest of the year they'll be using Wilson balls.
Or South Carolina is the forever #1 with Wilson basketball on the court.South Carolina can hang a banner saying they were #1 on February 8, before 9:15 PM.
She is a sore loser and hates losing to Uconn ! She is replacing McGraw !!Now I don't feel sorry for their loss.
This is quite a take . . .
By Mechelle Voepel. This is her take.Whoa. WTH
Was this written by ESPN or by one of the Gamecock Nation social media flunkies?
I don't think much of her, but I still would've expected better.By Mechelle Voepel. This is her take.
It was the ball's fault!
Or a half court heave? Or the officiating. I think SC looked like the better team good portion of the game but Paige is the difference in tight games, because she can find her shot. If we meet SC again we will need more contributions from others to beat them.I don't think much of her, but I still would've expected better.
She's always missing the boat while counting ladybugs. As if UConn didn't miss shots or miss free throws or make other mistakes that might've been avoided in a perfect game. SMH
