Yes. Given the circumstances of the state of Connecticut I don't think they can afford to pay a high profile coach right now. Also, Edsall should not ask for or receive a pay raise till the program's financial situation drastically improves. Packed Rent, bowl monies, merchandise, donations all need to shrink the deficit the program now burdens the university with. Winning, winning and more winning solves all these problems.
