We're 1-4 at Creighton in our last five games. Coach McD is a master at working the refs. Plays good cop to Danny's bad cop. Always game plans well vs our offense. Will be more of a test than the records indicate but I'm going with a 82-72 W for the Good Guys. Our Bigs should dominate as long as McD can't convince the refs of their "fouling" and physicality. AK quiets the crowd.
 
Creighton has beaten at least one squad in 24 of the 25 ranked slots over the years.

It is time to kick down the front door of January and start dating his girlfriend, February, who is waiting on the couch.
 
regardless of records, betting odds, injury reports or home court advantage. Each conference game will be a battle.
 
we are the Boogeyman in the big East this year.

I think we win a close one but Creighton is always a hard place to play. They have great fan support whenever we play.

I'm not among those people lined up on the cliff because Hurley's got a month to get this looking right but this feels like the game where they get jumped from the opening tip and spend the rest of the night chasing the game. God knows Creighton will be up for it and those farmers and insurance agents will be loud.

Or maybe they surprise me and put together a solid effort from wire to wire. But I've been feeling for a couple weeks that they were going to get smacked in the mouth in Omaha so I'll go with that.

Frankly, this is the answer that resonated most with me. We don’t look good lately. A hot shooting night out of Creighton will likely do us in unless we play much better basketball than we have been recently.

Have no problem admitting I was one of the ones who voted we win in a nail biter. It's just so damn tough to win in Omaha.

Thrilled I was wrong. God that was fun to watch. The team I have been waiting to see for the past month was back tonight
 
For the first 16 minutes looked like creighton was gonna be hot beyond the arch the whole night. Thought it was gonna be one those classic creighton vs UConn shoot the lights out kinda nights. Then they went completely cold.

Gotta admit, pretty sure I voted no. Not a downer, just felt like we were due for an L. At least I wasn’t the only one

We owned the glass - have been getting beat by inferior teams there. Our guards rebounded really well today. And we obviously shot lights out today. That was really nice to see.

That is quite the one game KP hop.
