Wonder if McNeeley will ever become someone in NBA like Spencer did? I think he should have stayed another year or 2 at UConnSomeone asked after last year what Liam McNeeley's legacy would be. Willing his team to finally win at Creighton is at least part of it. It doesn't feel like we have a curse there or whatever
Creighton stinks. They just lost to Marquette by 20+
And where did you get that nugget from Lobo?
Everyone knows the transitive property in sports is undefeated. Frankly, I would rather play Creighton with them coming off a close win than a bad loss.
I'm not among those people lined up on the cliff because Hurley's got a month to get this looking right but this feels like the game where they get jumped from the opening tip and spend the rest of the night chasing the game. God knows Creighton will be up for it and those farmers and insurance agents will be loud.
Or maybe they surprise me and put together a solid effort from wire to wire. But I've been feeling for a couple weeks that they were going to get smacked in the mouth in Omaha so I'll go with that.
Acknowledge Me!!!Take the over. We winning by 25.
You have to wait until the clock reads 0:00 to take a bow.Acknowledge Me!!!
And 14 spots in offensive efficiency for those who have been having a mini heart attack about thatJust moved up 4 spots in KenPom.
The real tell of we are good or not is how high did our Off go up on KenPomJust moved up 4 spots in KenPom.
Gotta admit, pretty sure I voted no. Not a downer, just felt like we were due for an L. At least I wasn’t the only oneHave no problem admitting I was one of the ones who voted we win in a nail biter. It's just so damn tough to win in Omaha.
Thrilled I was wrong. God that was fun to watch. The team I have been waiting to see for the past month was back tonight
