Which city is closest to you? I'll tell you why I'm doing this poll later.

Non-UConn fans, you're welcome to participate.

I m a Ma resident and Willimantic is maybe a few minutes closer than Hartford

Hartford when I was at Umass for grad school quite a few moons ago.....

.-.
I’m in east haven and before that west haven. So always been near new haven

I live in Milford, which is roughly half-way between Bridgeport and New Haven.
I used to live in Milford, which used to be half-way between Bridgeport and New Haven. :)

.-.
Hartford born and bred and lived in Greater Hartford until a move to the Greater New Haven area about 16 years ago. But my soul is in Storrs.

Surprisingly even distribution of fans given the population density in the SW.

Live right on the MA border near Springfield. So straight line down 91 to Hartford.

.-.
Depends on which side of Westport. West of the river probably Stamford, and east of it Bridgeport.

I bet more people in SW Connecticut are transplants/NYC commuters and less likely to have an association with UCONN.

Minutes from sunny Uncasville in Norwich. Always enjoy the UConn Invitational, sometimes referred to as the AAC tournament as well as the odd early season OOC game played at Mohegan Sun.

So when are you going to tell us why you're doing this poll? Inquiring minds want to know. Plus , it's the off season and I'm bored.

Sandy Hook until two years ago. Games at the XL, we had season tickets, took about 50 minutes to get there.

Now we're in sunny Florida!

Newington...maybe 8 minutes in good traffic to the XL....

Fair point but as we've seen from prior polls their is a very sizable block of fans on this board who never attended or graduated from UConn.

Based on the fieldhouse thread, there's a number of folks like me who grew up in or near Storrs for whom UConn was a very local facility and the teams very much "hometown" teams.
