At Providence and Syracuse.

Brutal, brutal losses for both.

Not sure how many more players UConn would have to lose to get PC over the hump - maybe one more German?

As for SU, wow. JB will chew his own leg off before he plays GTown in the non-conference. They sent SU out of the conference on a stretcher.

According to the Cuse board Grant decked some guy. Good for him though, usually are some first class D-Bags in court stormings.

So let me get this straight: playing for pride and the prestigious "UConn" on the front of the jersey > playing for a NCAA Tournament berth? That should resonate with CR folks.

Don't be an idiot.

JB needs SJU and Gtown for recruiting markets. Cuse will actually have to play a couple of Div 1 teams for that to happen and they will have to play one of them every year away.

I think UConn would be dumb to not play these two team OOC when the time comes.

lol @ a Cuse fan saying a suspension is likely, did they forget which school they root for? Boeheim will just say that its Grant's personal business.

I bet you were hoping the one German player remaining wasn't in the game!

There is no chance Boeheim plays UConn.

He's Tarzan when he deals with the press, but he's Jane when he puts together his schedule.

I do expect that UConn and Providence will keep playing.

Yeah if he plays UCONN he won't be able to play Colgate :)

Where's Nelson Muntz when we need him?

Cuse had three whole assists all game
Whaa...And to think MCW was leading the nation in assist at one point. Guess he's been more focused on steals. Smh

Wait, huh? Playing for UConn pride was more important to UConn than playing for a tournament bid was for Providence. Not to mention, we were down 3 players in our regular rotation yesterday. It's a compliment to KO, our players and our program's tradition that despite our short roster and nothing to play for but pride of UConn that they battled hard, played through injuries, and won. I don't see how that is being an idiot at all. It's a rather large compliment to UConn and makes me feel proud as an alum that this team and coaching staff took as much pride in the name on the front of their jerseys to accomplish quite an amazing season, despite being undersized at every position and having the kind of crappy year off the court as the University has had.

Misunderstood your post, my mistake. I must have felt snark coming from it.

Oh okay, no worries. Considering the amount of snark on this board these days, I certainly understand!
