Fair enough. Her production has plummeted from what she did at Wisconsin, playing against a slate of good Big 10 teams. Some transfers have come to UConn and thrived, some have not.I’ll prob get heat for this but i was expecting much more out of Serah Williams

Haven't really followed, but her former running mate Howell has been a bit up and down thus far at Washington.Heckel's not had a good start either.
She didn’t put up big numbers at USC, I don’t think many people thought she’d be an impact transfer player this yearHeckel's not had a good start either.
Right? I thought she was going to a stacked roster, and was going to get lost in the shuffle. But she's carved out a role as the first guard off UConn's bench and backup PG. I think she's doing good for UConn. She didn’t put up big numbers at USC, I don’t think many people thought she’d be an impact transfer player this year
Agreed about Deal (and Heckel). I think fans were hyped since she was the first high ranked recruit since CC and came in with overblown expectations.Right? To contribute to your thread... this might be a little unfair since she's a frosh, but Addie Deal. I consumed a lot of preseason Iowa media and it seemed like she had a ton of hype. Tons of questions about her to the coaches and online every raved about her. She must have a sizeable fan base that created the hype. I was anticipating more
Bella Hays might follow that route. From the little bit of Iowa I've watched this year she's shown potential. She probably won't play a lot, but maybe next year she'll make a big leap.Adding in Ava Heiden for outperforming expectations. She had good moments as a frosh but is looking like a breakout player
Layla Hays plays for Iowa. Layla needs to get stronger and she'll be very good.Bella Hays might follow that route. From the little bit of Iowa I've watched this year she's shown potential. She probably won't play a lot, but maybe next year she'll make a big leap.
Oops, that's her sister.Layla Hays plays for Iowa. Layla needs to get stronger and she'll be very good.
For the past 4 years I have tracked the noted marquee players across D1 for All Conference and All American consideration. Last year I tracked 125 players and this year it currently is 105. I usually collect the Stats at 10 games, right before Conference games start, at 20 games and then right before the conference tournaments start and then right before the NCAAT.
As I have the last few years, I can +/- of noted players. The OOC is really not a good barometer but it’s a start of the list of names to fully track.
Sorry, no time to spend outlining and updating Sue to hosting 16 relatives for Thanksgiving. As I said, I will publish after 10 or so games and right before the conference games start in mid December. But feel free to start your own….🤭![]()
Currently has 33 points vs Iowa State with a quarter left to play. Problem is, Audi Crooks has 36 right now for Iowa State. I know she's already a star so not sure if she deserves mtnion here, but Crooks averaging over a point per minute on 74% shooting through 9 games is an incredible statistic.Add Shay Ciezki at Indiana to the mix. Averaged <12 points last year, up to almost 22 now through 6 games. Indiana won’t make much noise this year but could make the tournament.
